When I first moved to Nashville, I didn’t have a built-in network or a clear path into real estate. What I did have was a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a long-term view of what I wanted to build.

Like most real careers, it didn’t happen overnight. I spent years learning the market, working directly with clients, studying negotiation, pricing strategy, and what actually drives results—not hype.

That foundation eventually became The Costigan Group: a modern real estate team built around clarity, execution, and trust. We focus on residential, relocation, and investment real estate throughout Greater Nashville, and we approach every deal with the same mindset—be honest, be prepared, and protect the client’s best outcome.
